Shipping policy
1) Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high-volume releases, launches, or special campaigns, processing times may extend. If so, we will communicate any significant delays.
2) Shipping & Delivery
• WWLC ships to [United States only / Domestic via UPS/FedEx.
• Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays may occur and are outside WWLC’s control.
3) Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after a label is created.
4) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
• If a package is returned to WWLC due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to retrieve from the carrier, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
5) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• WWLC is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and item(s) so we can assist.
6) Exchanges (14-Day Window)
WWLC offers exchanges only within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The item must include original tags/packaging (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase is required (order number and email).
Exchange Process
• Email Daniel@worldwidelovecampaign.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
• Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, WWLC may offer store credit or an alternative exchange option, at WWLC’s discretion.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to WWLC error (wrong item shipped) or a verified defect.
7) Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final sale after 14 days from delivery confirmation.
Additionally, the following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange unless required by law or unless the item arrived defective:
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Limited drops / special releases (if noted on the product page)
8) Incorrect Item / Defective Item
If you received the wrong item or a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• Description of the issue
If verified, WWLC will provide an exchange or replacement at no additional cost (as applicable).
